PressWell Glucose Tracker is a blood sugar tracking app designed by a physician for people managing diabetes every day. Log readings in seconds, track your medications and insulin, spot trends over time, and share clean reports with your doctor.
Log Readings in Seconds
Enter your glucose reading with a few taps. Tag each reading with context like before meal, after meal, fasting, or bedtime so every number tells the full story. Readings are instantly categorized using American Diabetes Association reference ranges so you always know where your numbers stand.
Track Medications Alongside Your Numbers
Log your oral medications and insulin doses so you can see how your treatment plan connects to your readings over time. Glucose does not exist in a vacuum.
See the Bigger Picture
Visual trend charts turn scattered readings into meaningful patterns. Spot changes early, understand what is working, and bring real data to your next conversation with your provider.
Share Clean Reports With Your Doctor
Generate a summary of your readings, medications, and trends to bring to an appointment, email to your care team, or keep for your own records. No screenshots, no handwritten logs.
Your Data Stays on Your Device
No accounts. No cloud storage. No tracking. PressWell never sees your readings. All health data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted anywhere. When you delete the app, your data goes with it.
The only external service is anonymous subscription verification. Your health information is yours alone.

How do I log a reading?
Open the app and tap the “+” button on the home screen. Enter your glucose value, select the context (before meal, after meal, fasting, or bedtime), then tap Save. Your reading is stored instantly on your device.
What glucose ranges does the app use?
PressWell Glucose Tracker uses reference ranges from the American Diabetes Association. These ranges are general guidelines and your physician may recommend different target ranges based on your individual care plan. Always follow your healthcare provider’s guidance.
How do I export my data or create a backup?
Go to Settings within the app and tap Export Data. This creates a JSON file you can save to your device or share using your phone’s share menu. We recommend backing up regularly, as your data exists only on your device.
Can I transfer my data to a new phone?
Yes. Export your data from the old device using the backup feature, then import the JSON file on your new device through the app’s Settings screen.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store, not through PressWell. On iPhone, go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions. For refunds, contact Apple or Google directly.
Is my data private?
Yes. All health data is stored on your device only. PressWell has no servers, no cloud databases, and no access to your readings. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your health information. Read our full Privacy Policy.
